1. Information We Collect

We may collect school name, address, mobile number, optional email, session year, school logo, principal sign, school stamp and ID card template.

For students, we collect student photo, student name, father name, class, date of birth, mobile number and address.

2. How We Use Data

The data is used to verify school records, prepare student ID card preview, manage admin approval and generate print sheets for ID card printing.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell student or school data. Information is used only for school ID card service and print-related work.

4. Admin Responsibility

Admin is responsible for checking submitted student details, correcting wrong data if needed and approving records before printing.

5. Data Storage

Uploaded images and records are stored for ID card management and printing workflow. Records may remain available for admin reference unless removed by admin.
