By using Vihaan Smart Digi World services, the school, admin or user agrees to follow these terms for student data submission, ID card preparation and printing support.
The school must provide correct school name, address, mobile number, session, logo, principal sign, school stamp and ID card template where required.
Student details submitted through mobile app must be accurate. Required details include student photo, name, father name, class, DOB, mobile number and address.
Admin must check submitted student data before printing. Vihaan Smart Digi World is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect or unverified details.
ID cards can be printed school-wise using selected print settings. Supported sizes include horizontal card, vertical card, A4 sheet, 8x12 inch sheet and 12x18 inch sheet layout.
The mobile app does not provide ID card download after submission. After submit, admin verifies and handles the final printing from the admin panel.
Vihaan Smart Digi World provides digital workflow and ID card service support. Final correctness of school and student details should be checked before printing.
