Everything required for school ID card work is arranged in a simple and professional process.
School name, address, mobile number, optional email, session, logo, principal sign, school stamp and ID card template setup.
Every school gets a unique school code. Parents can enter school code or scan QR from mobile app.
Student photo can be added from mobile camera or gallery with preview before final submission.
Only required fields are collected: student name, father name, class, DOB, mobile number and address.
Admin can manage schools, students, approvals, edits, deletion and print status from Laravel panel.
School-wise print sheets with A4, 8x12 inch and 12x18 inch layout options.
The complete process is designed to reduce manual data entry and make printing work faster.
Admin adds school details, logo, stamp and sign.
School code or QR is shared with parents.
Parent submits student photo and details.
Admin approves and prints school-wise ID cards.
Admin can generate school-wise print sheets and mark cards as printed after printing.
